Who We Are and How We Review
Every casino review starts with research. We check the operator's licence, terms, offers, payment methods and safer gambling tools against official sources, rather than relying on the casino's own promotional material.
Where a review also carries a verified Mr. Gamble test, we've gone further and used a real account and real money to check key stages of the experience: registering, depositing, accessing games, claiming an offer and requesting a withdrawal. We retest when the evidence we hold no longer matches how a casino currently works, rather than to a fixed schedule. Each review shows the date it was last updated.

How We're Funded and Why It's Free
Mr. Gamble is free to use. The site is funded through commercial partnerships with casino and betting operators, which is what lets us keep testing, reviewing and running things the way we do without charging readers for it.
Commercial partners can affect which casinos and offers we show, and where they appear. They can't affect what our reviews say, our editorial team writes the reviews and sets the ratings, and every operator we cover is held to the same standard.

Mr. Gamble's content is written by a mix of in-house and freelance writers, each matched to the subjects they're qualified to cover. Where a subject sits outside a writer's core expertise, another contributor with stronger experience in that area checks the piece before it's published.

Our Story
Mr. Gamble started in Tallinn, Estonia, in January 2019, founded by two iGaming enthusiasts who wanted to help players find the right casino for them, rather than just any casino. Since then, the site's work has been recognised by four industry bodies:
