Cookie Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Mr Gamble uses cookies and similar technologies on Mr-Gamble.com and associated domains. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and device identifiers. They can help a website work, remember choices, measure use, attribute referrals and deliver relevant advertising or communications.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Cashmagnet Ltd, company number C 90205, with its registered address at Capital Business Centre, Entrance A, Floor 1, Triq taz-Zwejt, San Gwann, SGN 3000, Malta. Questions about cookies can be sent to legal@cashmagnet.money.

We classify cookies and similar technologies as follows:

4. Your choices

When you first visit the Site, our cookie consent tool allows you to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent access to the main content, although some features may work differently.

You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link on the Site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls may not remove all local storage, pixels or server-side identifiers, so the Site preference tool should also be used where available.

5. Cookies and technologies we expect to use

The table below reflects the systems currently expected for Mr Gamble, including XtremePush. Exact cookie names and durations can change when providers update their technology. This table should be confirmed against a live scan after implementation.

6. Google services

We may use Google Analytics to understand Site use, Google Tag Manager to manage approved tags and Google Ads to measure campaigns and conversions. Google may receive device, browser, interaction and identifier data when the relevant technology is enabled. Non-essential Google cookies are controlled through the Site’s consent tool where required.

7. Meta services

We may use Meta Pixel and related Meta advertising services to measure campaign performance, understand actions taken after an advert and create or reach relevant audiences. Meta may combine information received through these tools with information it already holds, subject to its own privacy terms and your settings.

8. XtremePush

We use XtremePush as a customer engagement and analytics platform. Depending on the features enabled and your choices, it may support analytics, forms, email engagement, browser push notifications, segmentation and campaign measurement.

Push notifications are sent only after you actively allow them through your browser or device. You can disable them through your browser or device notification settings. Rejecting marketing or communications cookies may limit personalisation and campaign measurement.

9. Affiliate tracking

When you click a link to a casino or other partner, cookies or identifiers may record that Mr Gamble referred the visit. This allows the partner or affiliate network to report qualifying actions and calculate commission. The third party may set its own cookies after you leave our Site, and its own cookie and privacy policies will apply.

10. Do cookies identify you?

Some cookies use pseudonymous identifiers rather than your name. However, identifiers, IP addresses and browsing information can still be personal data under data protection law, particularly when combined with other information. We therefore treat them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top. Where required, we will ask you to make a new consent choice.

12. Contact

For questions about cookies or your preferences, contact legal@cashmagnet.money or write to Capital Business Centre, Entrance A, Floor 1, Triq taz-Zwejt, San Gwann, SGN 3000, Malta.
