These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mr-Gamble.com website and any associated pages, domains or services operated under the Mr Gamble brand (together, the “Site”).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top tells you when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

3. What Mr Gamble does

Mr Gamble is an independent online casino comparison, review and affiliate marketing website. We provide information about online casinos, games, bonuses, payment methods and related gambling services.

Mr Gamble is not an online casino or gambling operator. You cannot place bets, play for money, deposit funds or withdraw winnings through the Site. Any gambling account, payment, identity check, bonus, game or withdrawal is provided directly by the relevant third-party operator.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

The courts of Malta will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. This does not remove any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the policies and notices linked from the Site, form the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Site.
